The Maximus Triple-Strap Latex Shirt takes the familiar proportions of a classic long-sleeved shirt and introduces a distinctive arrangement of studded detailing across the front. Three horizontal contrast straps extend across the chest and torso, punctuated by evenly spaced metal studs to create the defining feature of the Maximus.

A contrasting centre-front placket runs from the collar to the hem and incorporates a full-length series of press-stud fastenings. This vertical line intersects the horizontal studded straps, creating a structured geometric arrangement across the front without extending the embellishment around the back.

The contrast treatment continues through the pointed shirt collar and cuffs, visually connecting these traditional shirt elements with the centre-front detailing. Each cuff is finished with press-stud fastening, while the long sleeves and otherwise restrained construction preserve the recognisable character of a classic shirt.

Viewed from the back, the Maximus becomes deliberately simpler. The uninterrupted main colour places greater emphasis on the cut and proportion of the shirt, providing a counterpoint to the studded straps and contrasting components at the front.

The Maximus can be teamed with men’s latex trousers, jeans and leggings for a coordinated outfit. For a particularly straightforward pairing, the Classic Latex Jeans continue the clean lines of the shirt while allowing its triple-strap detailing to remain the focal point.

Each Maximus shirt is individually pattern-cut and handcrafted in our Plymouth workshop, with careful attention given to the alignment of the contrasting components, studded straps and press-stud front.

2. Standard Size

If you prefer to order using a standard size, please refer to the size chart shown below and select the size that most closely matches your body measurements.

For example: Small (S) Medium (M) Large (L) Extra Large (XL)

Your garment will then be individually handcrafted using the corresponding Westward Bound standard size specification.

How: Use a fabric tape measure close to your body but not tight into the skin.

1. Neck (circumference)

Measure the circumference of your neck, just below your larynx (Adam's apple)

2. Sternum

Used as a measuring guide point

3. Half Shoulder Length

Measure from the side of the neck to the shoulder - from 3A to 3B

4. Chest (Circumference)

Measure your fullest part of your chest, place the tape close to your underarms

5. Waist (Circumference)

Measure around your normal waistline where the waist of your belt or trousers would naturally sit

6. Crotch

Used as a measuring guide to point under your crotch

7. Thigh (Circumference)

Measure the circumference of your thigh

8. Knee (Circumference)

Measure the circumference of your knee

9. Calf (Circumference)

Measure the circumference of your calf

10. Ankle (Circumference)

Measure around the circumference of the narrowest part of the ankle, just above the ankle bone.

11. Top of Foot

Used as a measuring guide point

12. Inside Leg Length (Jeans / Trousers)

Measure from the top of your inside leg at the crotch (6) to the top of your foot (11)

13. Inside Leg Length (measurement for legging & catsuits)

Measure from the top of your inside leg at the crotch (6) to your ankle (10)

14. Outer Arm Length

To allow for ease when wearing, please ensure that your arm is slightly bent when taking this measurement. Measure from the end of your half shoulder (3A) to half an inch/12mm past your wrist bone (16).

15. Torso Length

Measure the length from where your collar bone meets the top of your sternum (2) down the front of your body to under your crotch, where you would find a seam in your jeans (6)

16. Wrist Cuff (Circumference)

Locate your wrist bone and measure edge-to-edge along the bottom of the sleeve opening. Add 10mm to ensure the fitting is not too tight.

17. Full Shoulder Width (Back)

18. Bicep (Circumference)

Hold the end of the measuring tape at the base of your bicep on the inside of your arm. Measure over the highest point of the muscle to the base of the muscle at the outside to determine the actual size of the bicep.

19. Armhole (Circumference)

Wrap the measuring tape along the contour of your shoulder joint and measure where the tape overlaps.

Due to the stretch within latex, sizes are your body measurements not the garment Latex has a natural allowance, this is reflected within the design making process.
