Our designs are hand made and dispatched, specifically for you, within a 25 to 30 working day, standard time frame.
Should you require the garments to be made any quicker, you can select either of the two Fast Track options shown below.
1. Gold Fast Track
All items using this service will be made for you and dispatched within seven working days. Charge + 40%.
2. Silver Fast Track
All items using this service will be made for you and dispatched within 14 working days. Charge + 30%.
Fast Track charges are classed as a service. As such, they are not eligible for a refund or credit.
N.B. All items on an order must be selected as Fast Track, otherwise your Fast Track items will simply wait for the other items to be made. We do not part dispatch items on an order.
Adding Fast Track to an existing order
Please email helpline@westwardbound.com if you wish to add Fast Track to an existing order. Quote the order number shown on your email order confirmation, and the level of service required: Gold or Silver.
We will forward you a request for payment. Fast Track will apply from the date (working day) that the payment is received.
Christmas and New Year Holidays, 2023/2024
Our office, design studio and manufacturing departments will be closed from Friday the 22nd of December 2023 until Tuesday the 2nd of January 2024.
From the point of view of order fulfilment, this time is classed as seasonal non-working days. All orders placed during this period will be date accepted, from a manufacturing timescale, as if they were ordered on Tuesday, 2rd of January 2024.
