Gift Vouchers
Gift Voucher Information
Westward Bound Gift Vouchers are delivered electronically to the recipient's email address on the date you specify. They provide a simple way to give someone the freedom to choose their preferred garment from the Westward Bound collections.
How Gift Vouchers Are Delivered
Your Gift Voucher will be sent electronically on your chosen delivery date to the email address entered in the 'Send To' field.
Please enter the recipient's email address in both the 'Send To' and 'Confirm Email' fields. These must be the email address of the person receiving the Gift Voucher, not the purchaser.
Payment is taken on the date the Gift Voucher is purchased.
Gift Voucher Confirmation & Validity
Once your order has been confirmed by Westward Bound, a confirmation email will be sent to the purchaser. The Gift Voucher will not become valid until this confirmation has been issued.
Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Cancellations & Returns
The purchaser may cancel a Gift Voucher within one hour of purchase. After this one-hour cooling-off period, unwanted Gift Vouchers cannot be cancelled or returned.
Gift Voucher codes cannot be used to purchase another Gift Voucher.
For further information, please refer to our Terms & Conditions of Sale.
Purchasing Garments with a Gift Voucher
A Gift Voucher can be used towards the purchase of garments from Westward Bound.
Custom-made garments purchased using a Gift Voucher may be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Terms & Conditions of Sale, but the value originally paid using the Gift Voucher cannot be refunded as cash.
Where additional money has been paid by the recipient over and above the value of the Gift Voucher, any applicable refund will be calculated pro rata. A new Gift Voucher code will be issued for the appropriate voucher value.
Replacement Gift Vouchers
When a new Gift Voucher is issued following a return or exchange, it will retain the same expiry date as the original Gift Voucher. Issuing a replacement voucher does not extend the original 12-month validity period.
Spending More or Less Than the Gift Voucher Value
If the value of your purchase is greater than the Gift Voucher balance, the additional amount can be paid at checkout.
If the value of your purchase is less than the Gift Voucher balance, the remaining credit will be retained in your account's e-wallet for future use, subject to the original Gift Voucher expiry date.
Minimum Gift Voucher Value
The minimum Westward Bound Gift Voucher value is £50.00.
