The Soho Fitted Piped Latex Jacket brings together contemporary tailoring and clean architectural styling in a design created exclusively for men. Individually handcrafted in England from premium natural rubber latex (NRL) sheeting, it reflects Westward Bound's commitment to original design, precision pattern cutting and specialist British craftsmanship.

The defining feature of the Soho jacket is its carefully engineered panel layout, enhanced by elegant contrast piping that traces the garment's sculpted lines. Rather than serving as simple decoration, the piping visually emphasises the jacket's tailored proportions, creating a refined silhouette that remains unmistakably modern.

A high-neck stand collar introduces a confident contemporary profile while the full-length centre-front zip fastening provides a clean, streamlined appearance and effortless wear. Our Bespoke service is the preferred choice for customers seeking the most precise fit. Each garment is individually pattern cut and handcrafted to your own body measurements, ensuring proportions tailored specifically to you.

Please refer to the illustrated How to Measure Yourself guides below. They clearly identify every measurement required and explain the correct measuring points. The numbered illustrations correspond directly with the measurement fields provided within the Bespoke options on each product page.

2. Standard Size

If you prefer to order using a standard size, please refer to the size chart shown below and select the size that most closely matches your body measurements.

For example: Small (S) Medium (M) Large (L) Extra Large (XL)

Your garment will then be individually handcrafted using the corresponding Westward Bound standard size specification.

How: Use a fabric tape measure close to your body but not tight into the skin.

1. Neck (circumference)

Measure the circumference of your neck, just below your larynx (Adam's apple)

2. Sternum

Used as a measuring guide point

3. Half Shoulder Length

Measure from the side of the neck to the shoulder - from 3A to 3B

4. Chest (Circumference)

Measure your fullest part of your chest, place the tape close to your underarms

5. Waist (Circumference)

Measure around your normal waistline where the waist of your belt or trousers would naturally sit

6. Crotch

Used as a measuring guide to point under your crotch

7. Thigh (Circumference)

Measure the circumference of your thigh

8. Knee (Circumference)

Measure the circumference of your knee

9. Calf (Circumference)

Measure the circumference of your calf

10. Ankle (Circumference)

Measure around the circumference of the narrowest part of the ankle, just above the ankle bone.

11. Top of Foot

Used as a measuring guide point

12. Inside Leg Length (Jeans / Trousers)

Measure from the top of your inside leg at the crotch (6) to the top of your foot (11)

13. Inside Leg Length (measurement for legging & catsuits)

Measure from the top of your inside leg at the crotch (6) to your ankle (10)

14. Outer Arm Length

To allow for ease when wearing, please ensure that your arm is slightly bent when taking this measurement. Measure from the end of your half shoulder (3A) to half an inch/12mm past your wrist bone (16).

15. Torso Length

Measure the length from where your collar bone meets the top of your sternum (2) down the front of your body to under your crotch, where you would find a seam in your jeans (6)

16. Wrist Cuff (Circumference)

Locate your wrist bone and measure edge-to-edge along the bottom of the sleeve opening. Add 10mm to ensure the fitting is not too tight.

17. Full Shoulder Width (Back)

18. Bicep (Circumference)

Hold the end of the measuring tape at the base of your bicep on the inside of your arm. Measure over the highest point of the muscle to the base of the muscle at the outside to determine the actual size of the bicep.

19. Armhole (Circumference)

Wrap the measuring tape along the contour of your shoulder joint and measure where the tape overlaps.

Due to the stretch within latex, sizes are your body measurements not the garment Latex has a natural allowance, this is reflected within the design making process.

Product Description

Latex Polishing & Preparation Liquid is a specialist first-stage treatment formulated to clean and prepare natural rubber latex clothing before its final polish.

Its silicone-based blended formulation combines a mild detergent, disinfectant and emulsifying agent to help remove residual washing smears and traces of talcum powder that can remain on the surface following washing or storage. Used as directed, it leaves the latex clean and prepared for the next stage of the polishing process while helping to preserve the material.

After washing, ensure the garment has been correctly dried before applying the treatment according to the product instructions. For garments removed from storage, loose talcum powder should first be rinsed away and the garment dried before treatment.

Once the latex surface has been cleaned and prepared, apply Rub-Her Silicone Latex Dressing Aid & Shiner as directed to produce the characteristic smooth, high-gloss finish of polished latex.

Rub-Her Silicone Latex Dressing Aid & Shiner is a specialist silicone-based treatment developed to make dressing in close-fitting natural rubber latex clothing easier while producing the characteristic smooth, high-gloss finish of polished latex.

When used as a dressing aid, apply Rub-Her to the skin as directed before putting on close-fitting garments. The silicone-based formulation reduces friction, helping latex gloves, stockings, catsuits and other fitted garments glide more easily over the body without unnecessary pulling or stretching.

Rub-Her can also be applied as a finishing treatment to give latex clothing an exceptional polished shine. Its odourless, solvent-free formulation makes it suitable for regular latex garment care when used according to the product instructions.

For garments that have been washed or stored with talcum powder, first use Latex Polishing & Preparation Liquid to help remove residual washing smears and traces of storage powder, leaving the latex surface clean and prepared for final polishing. Rub-Her can then be applied as directed to restore the smooth, high-gloss finish.
