Westward Bound Production, Dispatch & Delivery Information
After successfully placing an order, you will receive an automated Westward Bound order confirmation email containing your unique order reference, details of the garments ordered and the dispatch/delivery service selected.
Except for garments specifically identified as in stock, Westward Bound latex clothing is individually Made-For-You after your order is placed.
When your order is dispatched, we will send you an automated email containing door-to-door tracking information so that you can follow the progress of your delivery.
We cannot deliver orders to PO Box addresses outside the United Kingdom.
Seasonal Holidays & Non-Working Days
Published seasonal holiday and workshop closure dates are treated as non-working days and are not included when calculating Made-For-You production or dispatch times.
Made-For-You Production & Dispatch Times
Our normal production times for Made-For-You garments are:
- Fast Track Service: 7 or 14 working days, according to the priority production option selected.
- Standard Service: 20–25 working days.
If you require your garment sooner than our normal Standard Service production period, please see our Fast Track Service for information about priority Made-For-You production.
Clearance Sale Stock – Dispatch Times
Ready-made garments available through our Stock Clearance Sale are normally dispatched within 3–4 working days.
If a Clearance Sale garment is ordered together with one or more Made-For-You garments, the complete order will be dispatched according to the Standard or Fast Track production service selected for the Made-For-You garments.
Delivery Times After Dispatch
The following estimated delivery times apply after your order has been completed and dispatched from Westward Bound:

These delivery estimates apply after dispatch and do not include the production period required for Made-For-You garments.
European Union Orders
Garments supplied to customers in the European Union are manufactured and supplied in accordance with the applicable product-safety requirements described in our EU GPSR Compliance Information.
