Octavia Mini Top Hat is a luxurious accessory that can be worn with most apparel. Decorated with delicate Trim (second colour) lines all around which will add a touch of glamour to any outfit.

Comes in a variety of colours and Trims (second colour) to match any outfit you desire.

It is attached to the head with a barrette clip.

This classy accessory can be worn with our fabulous Cirque Bourgeois or equally great with other items from our store. The garment in the main image is worn in Black with Warm White Trim (second colour).
