Gorgeous high neck, short puff sleeve blouse. 

Decorated with breast-plate of four poppers on a bed of frills matching front trim detailing.

Concealed back zipper.

The garment in the main image is worn in Pearl Sheen Fuchsia with Black Trim (second colour).
