Elitist is a cute eye-catching above the knee skirt and a very ladylike garment.

It can be worn back to front.

It has a top printed heart and polka dot panel which reaches out to gathered ruffles.

The bottom part of the skirt is a solid colour.

Full-length metal zip. Finished with two flat bows.

The garment in the main image is worn in Pearl Sheen Purple with Semi-Transparent (Translucent) Trim (second colour).
